(2) Ikhwalithi Yokuqedela Okungaphezulu
Uma isetshenziswa njengempuphu yokupholisha encane (usayizi wokusanhlamvu 0.5–45μm),i-alumina emhlophe ehlanganisiweinikeza ukuklwebheka okulinganayo, okungafinyelela ubulukhuni bokuphonsa ubuso obungu-Ra < 0.8μm. Ukuzilola kwayo (izinga lokuphuka < 5%) kuqinisekisa ukusebenza kahle kokusika okuqhubekayo kanye nemiphumela yokupholisha ezinzile.
(3) Ukuzivumelanisa Nenqubo
Sinikeza osayizi bokusanhlamvu obulungisekayo obusukela ku-F12 kuya ku-F10000 ukuze kuhambisane nezinqubo ezahlukahlukene zokuphonsa:
Amabanga amabi (F12)–F100): Ukukhululwa kwesikhunta ezakhiweni eziyinkimbinkimbi, okwandisa amazinga empumelelo okunciphisa ukwakheka ngamaphesenti angaphezu kuka-25.
Amamaki amahle (F220)–F1000): Ukukhiqiza ama-core e-ceramic anembile kakhulu anezimo eziqinile njenge-tolerances±0.1 mm.
3. Inani Lokuthuthukisa Inqubo
(1) Ukusetshenziswa Kahle Kwezindleko
Ukufaka isihlabathi se-zircon esikhundlenii-alumina emhlophe ehlanganisiwe kunganciphisa izindleko zezinto zokwakha ngo-30–40%. Iphinde ivumele ukujiya kwegobolondo ukuthi kuncishiswe ngo-15–20% (ubukhulu obujwayelekile begobolondo: 0.8–1.2 mm), okunciphisa umjikelezo wokwakha igobolondo.
(2) Izinzuzo Zemvelo
Ngokuqukethwe kwensimbi esindayo okuphansi kakhulu (< 0.01%), i-alumina emhlophe ehlanganisiwe ihlangabezana nezindinganiso zemvelo ze-ISO 14001. Isihlabathi esilahliwe singaphinde sisetshenziswe ngo-100% futhi singasetshenziswa kabusha ekukhiqizeni okungenakunyakaziswa.
