Ukusebenza kwe-White Fused Alumina ku-Investment Casting

 

1. Izinto Zokutshala Imali Zokuphonsa Igobolondo

Uma isetshenziswa njengempuphu yokupholisha encane (usayizi wokusanhlamvu 0.545μm),i-alumina emhlophe ehlanganisiweinikeza ukuklwebheka okulinganayo, okungafinyelela ubulukhuni bokuphonsa ubuso obungu-Ra < 0.8μm. Ukuzilola kwayo (izinga lokuphuka < 5%) kuqinisekisa ukusebenza kahle kokusika okuqhubekayo kanye nemiphumela yokupholisha ezinzile.

 

(3) Ukuzivumelanisa Nenqubo

Sinikeza osayizi bokusanhlamvu obulungisekayo obusukela ku-F12 kuya ku-F10000 ukuze kuhambisane nezinqubo ezahlukahlukene zokuphonsa:

 

Amabanga amabi (F12)F100): Ukukhululwa kwesikhunta ezakhiweni eziyinkimbinkimbi, okwandisa amazinga empumelelo okunciphisa ukwakheka ngamaphesenti angaphezu kuka-25.

Ngokuqukethwe kwensimbi esindayo okuphansi kakhulu (< 0.01%), i-alumina emhlophe ehlanganisiwe ihlangabezana nezindinganiso zemvelo ze-ISO 14001. Isihlabathi esilahliwe singaphinde sisetshenziswe ngo-100% futhi singasetshenziswa kabusha ekukhiqizeni okungenakunyakaziswa.
